Claims

All claims for flower in poor condition should be requested to the following address: claims@andeanflowers.com. The reason for the credit will be evaluated and a response will be given to you within 48 hours. You will have to support that the flower has arrived in poor quality through photos.

Quality problem due to poor care of the roses will not be accepted.

The credit has to be reported in a maximum time of 24 hours from the time of delivery.
